The Alert Cascade platform has continued to evolve since 2016, with the latest release providing a range of new features which have allowed BDO to streamline some of its existing processes. System administrators and team co-ordinators have mobile platform access via their web browsers eliminating the need for installing dedicated applications that would typically require multi-layered internal authorisation.
Improvements to the data maintenance function allow us to capture information specific to teams and roles, the data can then be analysed post-message delivery to improve our business continuity management. The new platform allows BDO to customise its own data field structure enabling telephone numbers to be imported in various formats thus reducing the resource previous invested in manually auditing the data at source prior to upload.
