Alert Cascade joins Google+
Alert Cascade is our top selling mass communication service, and the platform our customers are most familiar with; so, we've created a page on Google+ just for this. You can still visit us here for product specific information, this is just about adding another way for our customers to talk to us and see what we have planned for their platform.

From 1st April 2016, we will be running weekly "how to" and "did you know" posts, showing you how to get the most out of your Alert Cascade account. If you have a topic you'd particularly like us to cover, please get in touch.
Consistency across individuals and teams
One of the reasons we made these changes is to help customers export their full contact records. Our previous export tool exported your contacts by team, so anyone added "on the fly" and not part of a team, wasn't included within the export. Now, the Individuals Export function will give you a copy of all of your contact records, whether they are in a team or not.
Control Panel or Mobile Dashboard
As with all of our upgrades, our responsive log in portal means you can access the new functionality on any internet enabled device. Whether you log in via your desktop PC, smartphone, tablet or latptop, the full feature suite is available ... including your free upgrades.
